The CCI Call Centre in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal is an international call centre group that provides outsourced customer contact services. Some of the UK’s leading brands, primarily in mobile technology, telecommunications and ﬁnance, are supported by CCI.
The R200 million building is required to house more than 2500 employees. The ofﬁce block and the parking lot required complex slab work. The feature columns along the entrance perimeter were a key architectural feature of the project.
MULTIFLEX is the perfect system to deal with the complexity of slabs.
The MULTIFLEX system was used for the complex slab work. The system delivered smooth, clean soffits and reduced the number of components so that, at the end of this project, the formwork losses were negligible. The feature columns were achieved using VARIO column boxes.
